Lindove Jewelry Warranty Policy
At Lindove Jewelry, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, authentic pieces designed to last. That’s why we offer a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on all eligible jewelry. This warranty protects you from manufacturing defects and helps ensure your experience with us is exceptional.
Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Repair labor for covered defects during the warranty period
- Replacement of missing diamonds or gemstones (under 0.12 carat) within 3 months of purchase
Ring Sizing
- We offer ring resizing within 1 month of purchase for a small fee
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with resizing
- Resizing typically takes 2–7 business days
- Please note: Eternity rings cannot be resized. If an eternity ring is ordered in the wrong size and returned, a 30% restocking fee will apply
Stone Replacement
- Missing diamonds or gemstones (under 0.12 carat) are replaced free of charge within the first 3 months
- Stones 0.12 carat or larger are not eligible for free replacement under this warranty
Not Covered by Warranty
- General wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, nicks)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Water or moisture damage
- Fading, chipping, or discoloration of materials
- Lost or stolen items or components
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
Important Notes
- This warranty is valid only within the United States
- Unauthorized repair attempts will void your warranty
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state
