At Lindove Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects and ensures your jewelry meets our quality standards.

Quality Guarantee Manufacturing Defect Coverage U.S. Service

Warranty Coverage

All Lindove Jewelry items are covered by a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
Defective components under normal wear
Certain missing stones or gemstones within the warranty period (where applicable)

What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration)
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
Lost or stolen items
Water or chemical damage
Improper handling or unauthorized repairs
Damage occurring after delivery not caused by manufacturing defects

Ring Sizing & Repairs

Ring resizing and repair services may be available depending on the item.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending items for repair, resizing, or warranty service.

Eternity rings cannot be resized and are not covered for incorrect sizing.

How to Request Warranty Service

Email support@lindove.com with your name, order number, and description of the issue.
Include photos of the item if possible.
If eligible, you will receive instructions for sending your item for inspection.

Do not ship items without receiving instructions first.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs when sending items for repair, resizing, or warranty service.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty provides specific legal rights which may vary by state. Lindove Jewelry is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages permitted by law.
