At Lindove Jewelry, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, authentic pieces designed to last. That’s why we offer a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery on all eligible jewelry. This warranty protects you from manufacturing defects and helps ensure your experience with us is exceptional.

Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Repair labor for covered defects during the warranty period
  • Replacement of missing diamonds or gemstones (under 0.12 carat) within 3 months of purchase

Ring Sizing

  • We offer ring resizing within 1 month of purchase for a small fee
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with resizing
  • Resizing typically takes 2–7 business days
  • Please note: Eternity rings cannot be resized. If an eternity ring is ordered in the wrong size and returned, a 30% restocking fee will apply

Stone Replacement

  • Missing diamonds or gemstones (under 0.12 carat) are replaced free of charge within the first 3 months
  • Stones 0.12 carat or larger are not eligible for free replacement under this warranty

Not Covered by Warranty

  • General wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, nicks)
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Fading, chipping, or discoloration of materials
  • Lost or stolen items or components
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations

Important Notes

  • This warranty is valid only within the United States
  • Unauthorized repair attempts will void your warranty
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state
