Lindove Jewelry is committed to providing high-quality jewelry manufactured in the United States. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original Lindove Jewelry pouch and packaging must be included
- Item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Jewelry Pouch & Packaging Requirements
The jewelry pouch is considered part of the product presentation and protection. Returns without the original pouch or packaging may be denied or subject to partial refund.
Free Returns
We offer free returns for eligible items within the United States. Return shipping labels are provided through our self-service return system.
To begin a return, use the return link provided in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or customized jewelry
- Items returned without original pouch or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method if approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Repairs & Resizing
For repair or resizing services, customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items for service. Shipping costs for repair or resizing are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
