All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Payment processing may occasionally extend order preparation time.

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted U.S. carriers including USPS and partner delivery services.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or high shipping volume periods.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lindove Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • Check your tracking information first.
  • Contact the carrier directly.
  • If additional help is needed, email support@lindove.com.

We will assist with carrier investigations when appropriate.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will assist with a resolution.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Lindove Jewelry is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Signature delivery is recommended for secure receipt.
