All orders are processed within 3 business days before shipment.

- Processing begins after payment has been received and confirmed.
- During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- Some orders may require additional preparation or verification before shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We will assist with carrier investigations when appropriate.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with a resolution.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Lindove Jewelry is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
For added security, signature delivery may be required for select orders or selected by the customer when available.
