Most orders process within 1-3 business day. Standard delivery is typically 3–8 business days. Expedited options (including overnight where available) may appear at checkout.

Yes — we offer complimentary shipping on orders $100+. You’ll see your available options at checkout.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Start your return using the self-service return link in your order email (or your customer account).
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (with any certificates, if included).
For approved returns, return shipping is on us. Once you start the return in the portal, we’ll provide a prepaid label (when eligible).
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or engraved pieces
• Final sale items
• Items showing wear, damage, or alterations
• Certain special-order items (if noted on the product page)
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Timing can vary by bank/payment provider after the refund is processed.
Yes — Lindove Jewelry includes a limited 3-month warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal wear.
Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, lost/stolen parts, or misuse.
Email support@lindove.com with your order number, the item name, and a clear description of the issue. We’ll reply with next steps and the correct shipping instructions.
For repairs, warranty service, or resizing, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. We’ll provide the exact instructions after your request is approved.
Some rings can be resized. Email support@lindove.com with your order number and desired size. Resizing fees and turnaround time depend on the style.
Tip: some styles (like eternity bands) may not be resizable.
Yes — we offer fine jewelry in 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, plus sterling silver. Material details are listed on every product page.
