Lindove Jewelry provides secure and reliable domestic shipping within the United States. All orders are carefully processed and shipped with attention to quality, tracking, and delivery protection.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3 business days before shipment
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
- Processing begins after payment has been received and confirmed
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high order volume periods
Shipping Options
We offer secure domestic shipping through trusted U.S. carriers.
- Economy Shipping — Estimated 3–8 business days after shipment when available
- Priority Shipping — Estimated 1–3 business days after shipment
- Signature Confirmation — For added security, Lindove Jewelry may require signature confirmation for select orders at no additional cost to the customer. Signature confirmation may also be available at checkout when offered.
Free Shipping
We offer free Priority Shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Lindove Jewelry is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
Delivery times are carrier estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, transportation delays, carrier sorting delays, holidays, or high package volume. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, please review the latest tracking information first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will assist with carrier inquiries when appropriate.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. For added protection, signature confirmation may be required for select orders.
