Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make the return process simple and smooth.

Easy Self-Service Returns Free Return Shipping (Approved) U.S. Customers Only

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging (including any tags, boxes, and certificates, if applicable).

How to Start a Return

  1. Open the self-service return portal included in your order confirmation email (or in your customer account).
  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and submit your request.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  4. Pack your item securely using the original packaging whenever possible.

Please do not send returns without starting the return request first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for approved eligible returns when you use the instructions provided through our return process.

If you choose a paid shipping upgrade at checkout, original shipping/upgrade charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return is received (bank posting times may vary).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces
  • Items marked final sale
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing components
  • Eternity rings ordered in the wrong size

Repairs, Warranty & Resizing

Repair, warranty, and resizing requests are handled separately from returns. Customers are responsible for shipping items sent for repair, warranty service, or resizing.

We do our best to display jewelry accurately, but screen settings may cause slight variations in color or appearance.
