Support for craftsmanship concerns
- Covered: Confirmed manufacturing or craftsmanship defects reported during the warranty period.
- Not covered: Scratches, dents, bent settings, misuse, accidental damage, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear.
- Small missing stones: Qualifying missing stones under 0.12 carat may be replaced without a stone-replacement charge.
- Repairs and resizing: Availability and fees vary by item. The customer is responsible for shipping the jewelry to the designated repair location.
