Return Conditions

  • Returns must include the original box and any certificates (if provided)
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
  • Credit card refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable

Special Orders

  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry that is not part of our standard online collection is final sale
